WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Manufacturer ( Pacific Industries International ) offers a 12 month, or 1 year warranty on these lighted palm tree products.

Our warranty covers:

All parts of our lighted palm trees: ( i.e. should a frond go out, due to normal use during that 1 year time span, we will replace it. (Purchaser pays for return shipping for quality check and determination of fault under warranty)

The following are items (listed but not limited to), which are NOT covered under this warranty:

Labor
Acts of God / Mother Nature (i.e. Hurricanes, Tornados, Excessive Winds, Hail Damage, Wild Fires, Floods, etc.)
Animal damage: (i.e. Mice or other rodents / animals eating through wiring, burrowing in the product, damage caused by non rodents, etc. )
And / or other problems / issues which are not related to the NORMAL use of our products

THE TECHNICAL POWER RATINGS LISTED BELOW ARE FOR THE
"CASCADE" (AVERAGE POWER) MODE, AND FOR THE "FULL ON" (FULL POWER) MODE

BE SURE TO USE THE PROPER SIZE WIRE TO 'FEED' YOUR TREE
YOU DO NOT WANT TO OVERLOAD THE CIRCUIT
FOR 16' & 20' TREES A DEDICATED CIRCUIT IS RECOMENDED

Important Safety instructions

For best results: Unwind the Neon Tube lighting and Plug in for approximately 5 minutes to warm up the lighting. Unplug the Neon Tube Lighting and begin your installation.

Do not plug in the Neon Tube lighting into power source until installation has been completed. While installing this product insure the rope lighting Does Not Over Lap or Touch Itself in anyway. The possibility of excess heat may result in melting the PVC tubing causing an electrical short.

This product is not recommended for use on any flammable items. Example: Around Carpeting, Wooden or Metal Beds, Furniture, Dressers, Flooring. Avoid contact with materials that are not heat resistant.

This product is Not recommended for use underwater, around swimming pools, hot tubes, spas or ponds. Not to exceed 83’ with fused power cord.

Do not cut or splice. When connecting additional Rope Lighting connect end-to-end only.

Rating & Specifications: Dia: 13mm or approx.1/2 inch, 120 volt, 60Hz, use 5v, 50mA bulb, 0.25 watt/bulb, and 5.5 watt per foot, Temp: -54F to 164F.

WARNINGS

Disconnect from power source when doing any alterations or modification.

Do not plug into power source until installation is completed.

Make sure the end cap is firmly secured to the Rope Lighting.

Do Not plug in while coiled.

Do Not use if there is any damage to the PVC insulation.

Do Not over lap or allow this product to touch itself in anyway.
